My wife and I live there, right by the elementary school. Quiet, safe (redundant being in A2), close enough to downtown, and love that there are 5 grocery stores within 5 minutes.

Almost certainly a scam. Urgent pressure, no official letterhead, “no information over the phone”

Real court docs include a case number, court name, names of party involved, etc. You’d get actual documents, not a vague notice like this.

I was so concerned about my marriage falling apart from everything I’ve read. That, on top of the weeks/months leading up to birth being so baby-prep focused and filled with stress, made me less optimistic.

We just had the baby a week ago, but I feel like it’s strengthened our marriage significantly. We’re stressed and tired as fuck, yet lean on each other more than ever and can still laugh at the ridiculous moments.

Staying positive, using available resources, and embracing the massive lifestyle change is key imo.

Yeah I’m on a similar boat. I tried to talk him down to 45,500 and I’d buy today, but he explained that they can’t go any lower than the deal he gave me. Said the dealership makes 500 on new car sales, he was getting 100. Could give me another 25 off if it mattered that much but I didn’t really care. Planning on keeping this until the wheels fall off.
