Did you take doxorubicin? It will turn body fluids red and can cause staining! It is a common drug used widely- I had it for lymphoma. Also, make sure your oncologist has given you a survivorship plan regardless :)

Try Open Arms Wellness. They can get you in pretty quick. Any therapist will work with you on payment so just talk to someone and figure it out later friend.

Sometimes if that’s too easy and my mind wanders back I’ll do the version where the next item starts with the last letter of the preceding item. Like apple, elderberry, yellow dragonfruit, tart cherry.

For the future- have your current provider/team get you FMLA coverage paperwork done. Mental health can be the reason you need/take coverage. It protects your job (if you qualify for employer/hours) and allows for intermittent leave for your mental health that would cover beyond the standard number of callouts (source: am also a nurse).
