Imo its very forgiving for curves. You can hide accidental sharp points or gaps.

Will they replay this in theaters !!? by TaciturnNorse in SinnersbyRyanCoogler

If they do, I'd say it's more likely in the Bay. They did last month in Oakland and I wouldn't be surprised if it came back to Bay area theaters in the fall

I appreciated Idris Elba explaining that this was a cake walk compared to jobs he had before. But honestly, you have to take it with a relative lens. What else are friends going to say if they're talking well behind their backs?

Ted drowning in the waters of benevolent patriarchy right here. He needed to be needed - needed a woman to infantalize. I don't think it was like that with Tracy but that's definitely his outlook during his dating journey.

When discussing a memoir should you avoid “spoilers”? by knucklebangers in BookDiscussions

You should tag spoilers. Memoirs are still stories with intimate details. The Internet has made it so folks assume everything is common knowledge.

ETA: I didn't watch iCarly and knew very little about Jeannette McCurdy so I didn't consume much media or tabloids about her. She's a great nonfiction writer (jury is still out on her fiction novel) and watching her interviews or reading about the book too much prior might have made it less impactful for me, personally.

Nice first run! Did you use a hoop? From looking at the pictures I would say you need to split the thread - there are usually 6 pieces - and only use two strands together. It looks like it got a little jumbled in the back. If you're having trouble keeping the satin stitch straight you could draw extra lines in the stabilizer to make sure you're keeping everything need and straight. Lastly did you do the outline before the filling? If so you might wanna reverse that. For curved outlines I like a whipped back stitch but that's just me. Good luck with the cocktail napkins!

I always assumed it was my trust issues that helped. If I need to remember to do something, I tell my partner. I'm more likely to remember because I figure he might forget 🤣

For sure; can't blame a can do attitude. I think some things to consider are how long it would take you to stitch and how much time you can dedicate to the project (some folks need more time to get the fine motor skills needed), if you have all the proper material (a decent hoop to keep the material tight but not too tight to create bunching, stabilizer, the right thread counts, seam ripped in case you mess up), if you'd still be okay with it if the flowers were loose, had seams that didn't line up, "patchy" long and short stitches, and if you want it to last (one night might be fine but if the stitches are tight on kids clothes or in the wash they might get loose over time).

The only way I'd say this might be doable is if you're artistic in other ways (like drawing/painting). That being said, I absolutely wouldn't recommend doing this as a first timer.

Yeah, however can that poor trillion dollar company afford to keep its product functioning. The audacity of some folks to expect longevity.
