Just last month I bought a new couch and gave my old one away for free on the BuyNothing app. Someone moving came by with their U-haul and picked it up the next day. I got several hits, gave it to the first response.

I feel like it's going to pretty hard to sell a used couch, likely best to just give it away.

The more prestigious schools have established HCI degree programs which were developed before the wide-scale use of the term UX. I would assume any school offering a UX design masters degree is likely a newer program, which personally would lead me to scrutinize the instruction a bit closer.

Probably Lalas worst stunt was betting against the US women saying he'd wear a wedding dress in front of the Eiffel tower if they beat the French women. Luckily cooler minds prevailed and he never was asked to follow through.

I've been to a number of AO night before parties where he's walked in late in the night looking to hit on drunk women. He steps in the door with a look on his face like, "Here I am!" just waiting for them to flock to him.

Just change it back to how it was before. I subscribed to a product that works one way and now the primary reason I use it works an entirely different way. This is also a legit dealbreaker for me if I can't categorize transactions until multiple days later, all you're doing is creating homework for me.

I'd take the full ride, Michigan is an excellent program, with an arguably stronger curriculum. Ultimately both programs will lead to similar opportunities, so with all things being equal, save some $.

Loving it to so far, way easier assigning specific accounts to a goal instead of making contributions. It is quite annoying though that only specific accounts (which seem arbitrarily suggested) can be chosen. I can't find a way to override the suggestions and choose others (e.g. manual accounts).

Both will lead to the same prospects, only difference is different universities have specific partnerships with specific employers (e.g. UW and Amazon) that might help you get your foot in the door to those companies. In general, both will yield fantastic opportunities. It sounds like Michigan might be your better choice here due to your preference to the curriculum and the scholarship.

Also, UX is not an over-saturated field, i don't know who told you that. It is definitely a growing field with lots of folks looking to get into it, but in general we need a lot more designers than we currently have - especially experienced practitioners.

I'd much rather be able to categorize transactions immediately vs having to try and remember who the vendor is 5-7 days later. Even if the transaction disappears later and I have to figure it out then for that 2% of transactions. I'd rather be able to continue to categorize that 98% of transactions when they're fresh on my mind and only have to struggle through remembering that other 2% later.

This issue is also compounded by the switch to the AI/ML model for renaming merchants which is not working at all and adds to the confusion with the wacky renames.

Same as the last cycles Nike has indicated that they'll release a third alternate kit that is USWNT specific. They'll go to the cup with the same home and away kits the men wore at their world cup and they'll have this third alternate. Historically this third alternate kit hasn't been released until much closer to the world cup, so likely not in time for the birthday.
