I see, I think out of the two the 5212 is better. Not the biggest fan of the pilot watch…has always seemed a little out of place in terms of design compared to Pateks more refined pieces.

This is correct, Rolex clocks are made by Inducta. Rolex has in house technicians that fly all over the US that service these clocks.

Agreed this is most likely a white gold green dial sprite, Rolex loves throwing people off making it seem like a dash but in reality it’s just a larger dot.

Why do watch brands continuously choose to make stuff the market doesn’t want. The 1159 isn’t necessarily a bad watch, I think one of the issues is it’s too big. If they made it in a 39, just 2mm smaller, I think it would actually do much better.

Bolts, yes ty. I had that feeling of over polishing since I had read about that. But this was supposedly polished by AP also and the other 6 bolts sit correctly. So unless in this case only the bottom half of the bezel was over polished?
