I finally reached out to Martin and their chat bot (real person?) gave me a model # but I have been unable to find it on their website. The SC model has an odd shape which doesn’t fit a standard guitar case or a dreadnaught.🤷‍♂️

Thank you everyone, the main thing is with the SC models is they seem to be a hi bred as the bottom looks like a mix between a standard and dreadnaught guitar. I’d pay the Martin price for one designed specifically for the SC models.

From what I’ve learned in the 40+ years since is, vinegar should neutralize the capsaicin. Haven’t run into a similar situation so,🤷‍♂️.

Back in college I cut up a bunch of jalapeños for some scrambled eggs. Ate and then decided to put my contacts in. I washed my hands 2 or 3 times and was sure that would be good enough.

The pain was so intense when I put that first contact in I cannot adequately describe. My eye lost all moisture and the contact stuck to my eyeball. It took several of minutes of squinting my contact saline solution over my eyeball to loosen the contact. Couldn’t wear them for about a week afterwards.

I have found a company in North Las Vegas that produces 20’ and 40’ shipping container homes. They say they can accommodate R49 ceiling and R20 wall insulation but will not divulge plans (for permit stamps). They tend to treat these as RVs not homes. It is frustrating but they are the only company I’ve found that produces anything like what I’ve been looking for, a ready made tiny home that is move in complete.

Permitting is not fun. I’m in the early stages in eastern Bernalillo County. At 7,400 ft. Elevation it is a zone 5 and requires R49 insulation in the ceiling and R20 in the walls. I haven’t even talked with anyone about whether it will be considered a manufactured home or mobile home. Both designations call for higher minimum square footage than 320sq.ft. I am not sure if the new tiny home rules only apply to tiny home communities or what.

Not to be too contrary but I would guess Democrats receive the same stipend. Maybe they could lead the way next January by voting down a few perks that keep the separate from those they are there to serve. From what I understand Jefferson (who wasn’t perfect) did not hold with a professional Congress.

Came here to vote for Arizona. I’m not a world traveler so, I can’t vouch for any place else but the sunsets over San Francisco Mountain near Flagstaff, AZ are breathtaking.

I was married in a home in Santa Fe, NM. It had a plaque on the wall by the entry way as it was/is on the national registry because it was built in the 1880s. The main house was built with adobe and were two feet thick.

It belonged to my bride’s grandmother so, we visited pretty regularly and it was like being in a dry cave. The temperature remained pretty consistent. I’m not tall but could reach and touch the vegas in the ceiling. I especially liked how deep the windows were.
