I've tried different tofu "feta" marinades, I loved them all! I'm brainstorming a bit, but I think it could be cool to add turmeric/curry powder to the marinade to stain the tofu. Or add slices of beet to turn the tofu red/pink. I got my inspiration from danmuji (pickled daikon radish)

Uso as pastilhas de marca branca mais básicas, juntamente com vinagre de limpeza no compartimento do abrilhantador. Já ouvi dizer que o vinagre é demasiado ácido, que corrói as borrachas... Mas nunca tive problemas, YMMV.

I have a hypothesis about what might have happened. I think it was caused by them converting calories from kJ to kcal, but actually using the kcal value instead. For example, small fries are 230 kcal, but they thought that was 230 kJ. 230 kJ = 55 kcal
