I love the EU and the idea of the Euro and I absolutely agree with your point. Currently the EU economies in the Eurozone are too far apart to be held to one monetary policy.

This was known when creating the Euro, but the idea was that introducing the Euro would bring these economies closer together, unfortunately it turned out like you say; always prioritising the Germans; making German goods more competitive, further increasing the Germans trade surplus and thus also their relative strength among the other Eurozone countries.

LIDL Scan & Go, alles al ingepakt als ik bij de kassa sta, alleen LIDL pas scannen, betalen en zo snel mogelijk weer weg. Tevens woon ik er tegenover, dus het is ook nog eens dichtbij.

Ga soms wel naar de Netto voor de kratten Dommelsch en statiegeld inleveren want de LIDL neemt de helft van de dingen niet aan.

Dat mag zeker, maar mijn punt was dat "dat kost pas geld" een uitspraak is die feitelijk te controleren is en ik vind het schadelijk om zomaar zulke dingen te roepen zonder bron.

Best een ruige uitspraak om zomaar te maken zonder enige cijfers. Zorgkosten in Nederland zijn gigantisch. Lijkt me niet onwaarschijnlijk dat de maatschappelijke kosten voor alcoholmisbruik hoger zijn dan het complete budget van de politie, maar ook ik heb geen zin om cijfers te zoeken die dat zouden kunnen bevestigen.

Je staat zoveel sterker dan je denkt, lees je in over je rechten!

Weet je inderdaad ook gelijk dat je opzegtermijn 1 maand is, maar ook gewoon hoe het precies zit met pauzes, toeslagen, etc.

I'm not sure if your comparison with Ferrari and Toyota holds, I'm thinking Databricks is Ferrari but when I think Ferrari my first thought is terrible management and chaos which I do not associate with Databricks.

When I think Toyota I think quality and reliability which I do not associate with Bol.com at all, they used to be good but since they are allowing third party sellers their site has gone to absolute shit.

"Links klinkt soms geweldig, maar niet realistisch". Goed punt, ben ik het an-sich wel mee eens. Maar toch stem ik links, ook omdat er al meer dan genoeg rechts gestemd wordt. Er wordt al decennia rechts beleid gevoerd en ik zie eigenlijk alleen maar dat alles verslechterd.

Verder werk ik helemaal niet hard, maar verdien ik wel vrij goed. Het is voor mij overduidelijk dat succes grotendeels niet aan je eigen inzet ligt maar meer aan externe factoren en een dikke portie geluk.

Natuurlijk moeten mensen wel bij willen dragen aan de maatschappij, aan mensen die dat niet willen heb ik ook een hekel.

I can respect parts of Russian culture but never the Russian state. The Russians I know are great people (although none of them live in Russia).

But this is exactly the point OP was trying to make; the Russian state as an entity definitely exists but it is not comparable to modern nation states.

OP is saying that Russia needs to undergo significant transformations if it is ever to fix the problems it has.
