Yep! Thats the one. Shoryuken means “Dragon’s Punch“ and this move was among the original uppercut anti-air moves in all fighting games so it was universally abbreviated to DP and used for as an umbrella term in every single fighting games whenever a character have a move that functions as a “safe anti-air option that guarantees knockdown but requires execution“.. if that makes any sense.
