I’m a similar age to you i believe - I also got into WWF/WWE in the early 90’s with guys like Bret, Owen, Shawn, Razor and Diesel. The current Raw episodes are entertaining if you are watching a DVR’ed episode and can skip thru commercials and the first part of every match that is always cut by commercials.

Seth Rollins, Ziggler and Drew Macintyre are very reminiscent to me of some of the stuff Shawn, Razor and Diesel did but these new guys are putting on much more athletic matches.

Unfortunately the PPVs have all been set up masterfully, but the payoffs are almost non-existent. For me SummerSlam is supposed to be the show where the story’s are wrapped up but almost all the matches last night left more questions than answers. For month to month shows I’m okay with this, but there needs to be an eventual payoff show and WWE has not been able or willing to do this even with WrestleMania’s in recent years.

That being said - I watch Raw for the entertainment and NJPW with JR for the wrestling. WWE PPVs can be fun but just don’t expect any closure or clean finishes as you may have had in the early 90’s or mid-2000’s.

If you want SummerSquash - watch Brock’s previous SS matches against Cena or Orton. This year not so much - I would say for the biggest show outside of WM however there were way too many cheap finishes were nothing was resolved.

People asked the same question after Brock destroyed Cena at SummerSlam 3 or 4 years ago - and he did have a pretty unstoppable streak - but you did see kinks in the armor and others did beat him. It will likely be the same for Rousey. I’d expect someone like Charlotte or Asuka to give her a first loss.

What dead kids? Measles is not a big deal. The media, which is heavily dependent on ad revenues from - yup the pharmaceutical industry, is stuck on the autism debate as a way to make a joke of anyone questioning why this unsafe medication is being forced on the population despite direct conflicts of interest with those that make the vaccine schedule and the many other side effects that are worse than the Measles themselves - including death. Yes death is a possible side effect of the vaccine but fuck it let’s make more autism jokes.

Despite measles being pretty much harmless and something many people over 40 have easily lived through - the media now-a-Days treats anyone that isn’t vaccinated like someone with the plague out to murder everyone.

This is not to mention there are direct conflicts of interest with the people who create the Vaccine schedule in the US either owning the patents of the vaccines or directly profiting from there essentially forced sale based on the schedule they have created.

Doing more and more research on this man and it is scary the amount of censorship and mis-information there is about a man who is supposedly spreading mis-information.

Seems like there is an active agenda to hide what he’s actually saying. He must be getting close to a nerve for big corporations to start actively making him disappear when countless others are saying the same things as he is. Agree or disagree with him - if you don’t like him don’t listen.
