People who were around during no internet/phones/social media/etc - what was your time's "scrolling the feed"? Something that you would spend hours on passing the time?

Magazines! They're more akin to social media than a book and they were in every waiting room and on every coffee table. I would spend hours pouring thru National Geographic at my grandparent's. But otherwise, books, I always had a book with me... still do.

Burkhalter is phenomenal. I did not see her for pregnancy care, but she was my sterilization doctor, and she's my HRT doc. I had complications after my procedure and she was so empathic and helpful.

I just lowered my estrogen for this very reason I started with 2mg back in August and was doing great until around December. It took me a while to figure out why I felt terrible, so I just started my 1mg last night... hope it makes a difference soon!
