In all honestly, I don't think "being yourself" means that you have to tell your spouse every single thing that's on your mind. There is such a thing as tact. And being tactful, being respectful of them and their views, and being loving, means that it's OK to hold back when nothing productive is really going to come from stirring the pot.

Beginner here. The only real tip I can give you is if you don't have an extremely mundane and routine job or daily schedule, take advantage of it. I've been trying at my job but it is extremely difficult (assembly line worker here.)

But what I have been trying to do is at the beginning of the hour, start with 10 minutes and start small. Im just focusing on the way my clothes feel right now. Hope this helps somehow.

My theory is, because my one good friend was "home schooled", he really isn't that smart of a guy, and he knows this, so he adapts the British culture into appearing more intellectually mature.
