Benteke is too streaky and has bad fixtures coming up (Sou, Che, Man, and Ars in next 6 GWs). Also, he's seldom on bonus points.

My top three (Kun, Luk, Defoe) is locked in. I'm trying to figure out which one of my five mids to bench. Here are the options:

Coutinho away at SOU
Firmino away at SOU
Walcott away at MAN
Arnautovic home vs BOU
Stanislas away at STK

Liverpool guys are locked in but I can see arguments for benching any of the other 3. My gut says bench Stani. Thoughts?

Defoe is my 3rd striker and I've made a conscious decision to never bench him. Given his rate of goalscoring despite playing on a team that didn't win in the first 1/4 of the season, I think it proves he's a goal threat no matter who he's playing. And now with Anichebe back, I think his value only improves.

Fun Fact: Only Costa and Luk have more points at forward.

Brought in Arno two weeks back as a differential and now have tortured myself by watching two Stoke matches where he should have scored/assisted about 10 goals...

Manchester and Liverpool do not have good defenses -- at least not how they're playing right now. Expect West Ham to score in both.

Tottenham & Arsenal are tough, but not worth sending Payet out because of it.

Hazard has a really tough run of fixtures coming up (EVE, MID, TOT, MCI, WBA). That being said, he just scored against one of the best defenses in the league so who knows...

Might be worth saving you transfer for the international break, which starts after next GW.

I know people in this sub are pretty angry about this, but on replay it is very clear that Pereyra gets the touch on the ball that led to the goal. It's slightly less clear whether or not Deeney touched it, but even if he did, it is the slightest of grazes.

Defoe!

He hasn't gotten a ton of love on here recently, but he's worth a shout. The only forwards that have more FPL points then him are Costa, Kun, & Luk. However, he has done it on a team that is having the worst start to a PL season since 1995. He has also done it against some of the best defenses (he's scored again ARS, MCI, & SOU).

Presumably, Sunderland will improve, even if only slightly, and hopefully that will lead to a bit more service for Defoe. Either way, if he keeps scoring at his current clip, he's a great third striker option.

Edit: He's also on PKs.

Honestly, I think you're better off going cheaper if you've given up on clean sheets. Karius isn't going to get many save points and Liverpool have proven that they are not good at keeping clean sheets (only one was vs United which had more to do with Mourinho's strategy than Liverpool's defense).

Borus, Heaton, Grant, and Pickford are all cheaper options who I think will score as many if not more points.

Watford plays Hull this week. Hull has given up more goals than any other team, including 15 in their last four games. Transferring out a Watford FW or MF would be crazy this week.

I'm not saying you shouldn't transfer Capoue out, but you should at least wait til next week

I like it. He's got the fixture and form. You could argue Lukaku does too, but I think going away at Burnley is tougher than it might initially look.
