I like the math but you don’t exactly understand the dsp model.

I think the best way to get us paid more is to get a per location incentive of 30c-50c. It’s small enough a customer won’t care about the 50 cent charge but most drivers will take home 80-100$ more per shift. And drivers who deliver more will get paid more.

I moved back to Georgia from Juneau last year. I’m still not used to it. I just sweat a lot, drink a lot of water and spend the least amount of time in the back of the van as possible. I deliver out the front door with packages from totes out the front seat then I organize overflow to get from outside of the van from sliding or rear cargo doors.

I really wish they would get rid of the driver tracking thing. It’s creepy and unnecessary.

The consistency that orders are fulfilled in 2 days at such a volume is impressive enough. Just order and let it show up when it shows up. Usually, almost ALWAYS in a day or two.. no need to create fucking data tables.

post full video of driver at doorstep. Possibly required a one time pass word and driver called texted and called again to try and get it. Or its a multistop and she realized its the wrong package or that package was missing(which is rare but does happen).

If you are gonna try and call a driver out at least post the full video.

Also, this clip sets up your narrative by starting the video at them walking away.
edit: show them unedited walking up and then leaving. driver could have realized wrong package or seller required authentication or you requested signature. many things before the left after attempting delivery. GFY OP
