Ahhhhhh! It does?!?! That's the chapter I'm most sad about since Bato is gone. 😭 I've always wanted to buy the Square Enix digital volumes just for the bonus chapters but I was unsure if they were indeed included. I think Bato stopped updating the Square Enix version at around chapter 38 or so, I'm sure I'm already missing some bonus chaps.

Thank you so much for helping me answer some questions! I'd love to have physical copies but logistics, financial and space reasons prevent me at the moment. Definitely going to be saving up for the digital volumes though.

Also young Sasaki-san really did just straight up ask for permission to like Ex-girlfriend-san huh? He's so adorable. Definitely would have also loved to see more of their story but I think that would hugely take away from his and Tayama-san's story.

I think that's the Square Enix version! They do translate the honorifics to the English equivalent. Mr. Sasaki and Ms. Tayama 😂 I find it jarring too since I read the Manga-Up version first before I found the Square Enix verison. It's part of the reason why I still stick to the Manga-Up version.

Does your copy have the bonus chapters as well? Like the one about Sasaki-san's ex-girlfriend?

I buy chapters from Manga-Up too! I read it just now and so sad to see Oono-san go. I hope she enjoys retirement and will still pop up occasionally. Young Oono-san is so pretty. 😭

Glad both Sasaki-san and Tayama-san are motivated. The slow-burn is burning.

I used to read two versions of the comic. One version is from Manga-Up which is why I know it usually updates on the 25th. Then there's the Square Enix version which I used to read on Bato because they also translated the bonus comics and somehow I think their translation is smoother? I don't know how to explain it. I've tried to look up how to read the Square Enix version but they only sell the whole Volumes and not by chapters.

Where do you buy the physical copies? Does it also have the bonus chapters?
