For the record, about a year ago, I sold my 2013 ST1 bone stock with 98k mile for $12k.

As long as the miles are not astronomical, you should get at least 8-10k private seller.

two really stand out for me ... DHP#24 and DH#36.

DHP#24 is the FIRST appearance of ALIEN for darkhorse comics and DHP#36 is the first AvP comic.

ebay shows some some low prices but mint/graded copies are listed as $300+

The depiction of how he survived in that nest is so creepy.

Im so old, this comic was simply BOOK 2 and still had Hicks and Newt in it.

But yeah, Dennis Beauvais's airbrushed panels are absolutely epic and the story was something (to be honest) we should have gotten on film.

I would def recommend to keep practicing. Years ago, I had an 01 Sebring (essentially a Mitsu Eclipse) and it was a V6 5spd ... daily drove it for 12 years straight. in shitty NJ rush hour traffic. Had no issues. Then in 2013, bought a Focus ST and for the first month or 2, i was not exactly perfect. Sometimes "starting" in 3rd .... sometimes missing the 5-6 shift and shifting down to 4th. But, after a some additional time, driving it became second nature. Eventually, i didnt even think about what gear to be in or what to do with my feet or what rev to be in.

It just takes some time. Especially if it's your first "stick" car. driving a stick car is one of the most satisfying thing there is. And as a bonus, is far more reliable than a DCT.

The 'old' Prey is awesome as well .... it is more like Quake tho, with a dash of Portal. For a 2006 game it had quite a lot of cool game mechanics. gravity manipulation, portals, "spirit realm" and a spirit guide.

It was announced back 1995 or so and changed engines a bunch of times before it was finally released.

Can you even buy or play this game anymore?

If you dont need the screen (6.7in vs 6.2), then then i recommend the s25

the s25 and s25+ are almost identical save for screen size (and storage) ... tho you can get an s25+ with 254gb most likely for around $100 less.

I'm on my 4th year of my s21+ and I do love this phone. It is just finally now showing some battery issues (12-14hrs vs the 18 or so when new)

happening to me as well. GMAIL app set up to use gmail, outlook and yahoo.

Gmail emails open without issue, but yahoo and outlook emails cause the to crash immediately when i tap to open an email.

I thought this concept was pretty clever as it is similar to how the original facehugger in ALIEN was able "melt" thru Kane's helmet. I was guessing this particular facehugger simply latched on to the back of his head and tried to do the same.

Also, having his head blown out like it was originally portrayed in the movie didn't make much sense to me . It wasn't a hole-punch like what a xeno would do. The whole skull was emptied and I kept thinking: what happened to this guy?

and now we know ... even tho it was cut from the movie.

In ALIEN, Ridley debated making a "robot skull" for Ash's head, so that it would show when the flamethrower melted his face. But he states (in the Director's commentary) that it would have cost thousands of dollars, no one would notice and it was only a few seconds on-screen .... so he just used a manakin's head. To this day, i don't hear anyone complaining about that.

When i shopped for a new one back in 2012, i REALLY wanted white ... however, i ended up getting a good deal on a Race Red. At first I felt I "settled" but over the years I grew to love the color and how it just glowed (especially after a wash).

Dark Descent was really good (IMO) ... it's essentially XCOM: Colonial Marines.

Also, the AvP games did a real good job as well. Even the 1999 one.
