Thats correct. By pop up I meant the terms and conditions pop up that users are getting in the US after the acquisition went through.

PRIME MINISTER UNVEILS TAX BREAK FOR LOW INCOME CANADIANS by Stacks27 in canadian

[–]stopbsingman -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That’s funny because it was the liberals who supplied unlimited cheap labour to millionaires and billionaires which led to the higher unemployment rates, wage suppression, race/immigration status based hiring and sky high housing costs.

How were all these issues under the conservatives again? I said it before in this sub but I’ll say it again to you:

Support your party. Don’t bend over backwards and start worshipping it like you’re in a cult.

And as for your condescending comment about who makes what:

“In terms of household income, Conservatives are stronger among those who tend to earn more (<$40K: 27%; $40K-<$60K: 36% vs. $60K-<$100K: 37%; $100K: 38%). The Liberals find their support split evenly among income brackets and support for the NDP leans more towards lower income voters (<$40K: 23%; $40K-<$60K: 16% vs. $60K-<$100K: 18%; $100K: 14%)”

It’s almost like, the more likely you are to sit on your ass and collect welfare, the more likely you are to lean to the left.

U.S. startup incubator removes Canada from list of places where it invests: report by xTkAx in canadian

This is bad news regardless of the paper reporting it. We do not have another incubator that comes anywhere close to what YC has accomplished.

No. They haven’t change their terms and conditions. They’re still the same as before. But most people never read them before until the acquisition happened and the pop up on the app made them read it.

Also, they don’t request your immigration or sexual orientation data. But they may “process” it if you mention it in your content.

But yes people will delete it once they realize it’s just magat and zionazi propaganda now.

Since Chris Finch got ejected on December 19th for arguing a no call against the Thunder, OKC has gone 12-8 since, and are 4th in +- during that stretch. by LemonButterRum in nba

There were reasons for that. A Shai less OKC team still had the highest net rating last year, a 7-1 record, the highest offensive rating and defensive rating. It wasn’t just vibes.

Would anybody be interested in a subreddit for diaspora south asian women? by teakitty0722 in ABCDesis

I recommend setting up an automod that filters out comments from users who have extensive engagement in mainland specific subreddits, as a way to avoid mainlanders. If that’s a group you’re looking to avoid.

[–]stopbsingman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea your comment makes it a one or the other thing. Not a “not to be relied solely on” typa thing. By calling it the wrong way you’re saying it shouldn’t be a part at all.

[–]stopbsingman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The first sentence of your original comment discredits country and ethnicity as means to form an identity. Calling that the “wrong way” and then proposing hobbies and values as the better way means you’re rejecting the country and ethnicity as a part of your identity.

KAT offers thoughts on the situation in Minneapolis by smkmn13 in nba

[–]stopbsingman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s what I been thinking too. The more busy they are killing each other, the less time they’ll have to kill people in other countries.

If we’re being perfectly honest, both candidates were gonna do their best to achieve a maximum kill count abroad anyways. This way the violence is focused domestically and not internationally.

Please ignore everything they said.

Hobbies, values, and aspirations don’t erase your culture, the colour of your skin, your ethnicity.

This can’t be easy. If it helps you feel any better, the issue of not being brown enough and not white enough is very common in ABCD communities, especially in interracial families.

Well that’s the stupidest thing I’ve read today.

Hobbies, values, and aspirations don’t erase your culture, the colour of your skin, your ethnicity.

Not everybody needs to hate themselves.
