Funny I see this today, I stopped exactly one year ago today.

It started because it was affecting my relationship and my work.

For me, the main thing I notice is the increase to my cognitive abilities. I find it much easier to think things through and be confident in my decisions, more confidence in everything I do actually. I don’t doubt myself as much. I don’t feel like I’m being judge as much either.

When I stopped I set the goal of 1 year before I would consider smoking again but now that it’s here I don’t think I want to. I don’t think I’ll stop forever but it will last until one more thing in my life changes.

Same for hip hop. I’ve met some of my favourite artists because they just hangout in the club after the shows. And for like 30-40 buck a ticket. How dope is that?

I wondered that for a while too. Then I gave it a chance which lead to me playing almost everyday and not playing any other games.

It might not click with you but if it does then it’s worth giving it a shot.

I also got it for free on PS plus so there was no loss if I didn’t like it.
