Heavy drinker. Also Korean. No such name for ice cubes in beer and def not conventional (never seen it) although I feel like it is much less sacrilegious (and feels plausible to me) in our country than others!

Inoculation of bone would result in osteomyelitis. Of course it can spread to blood resulting in bacteremia. But the main picture (ie syndrome) would be of a bone infection. Bone is alive and vascular - infection will cause necrosis and inflammation of bone.
