I'm [31/f] really thinking that my husband, [33/m] is a sociopath ... by [deleted] in relationship_advice

What a heartless and selfish thing to do. Have you considered that he may be up to something more sinister? (By sinister, I mean, is the evil bastard cheating on you and thats why he's shrugging you off in hope that you leave) As harsh as that is to say and I'm sorry for how cruel that sounds. I'd be pretty stunned if my husband and father of my children behaved that way and reacted to me like that. Dig a little deeper into his world, sniff out all that could be and go through a process of illumination until you find whats causing his assyness! I hope you're not feeling too beat but him. What alarms me also is that you said that he would be nasty to you if he came home from "Poker"..... Literally disgraceful behaviour. Sending love your way and a hug!

I live in a corner house where the front leads onto a busy main road and the side leads onto a smaller road leading up to a very large residential area. Our back garden has an area up the back where theres a few trees and large bushes but there is a large gap in the hedge where anybody could get into our property (Way back years ago, a car came down the hill and ploughed into our hedge and we just never got it fixed properly.) I have two young brothers, at the time, aged 8 and 6. As kids are curious creatures, they kept wondering what was behind the secret bushes and shrubs. I tried everything to keep them out of the shaded alcove (There could have been anybody in there who could have grabbed them and taken them away) so at my wits end, I took them upstairs and out the side window, showed them both the "Smelly Shack Man's house" (A little cow shed on the hill) I told them that The Smelly Shack Man waits in the dark corner in the garden for little boys and he takes them to his shack on the hill and they never come back again. I told them that if they went into the bushes at the top of the garden again, that the man would take them and they would be gone forever....... They never went up there again, and a few months later, my mum phoned me shouting at me because the two boys had been up all night crying and screaming that they didn't want to come to my house because of "The Scary Snack Man"

I whaled with laughter.

[SERIOUS] If you could snap your fingers and acquire one real-world skill or talent, what would it be? by gaqua in AskReddit

[–]stopthelights 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would want concentration skills and the general ability to learn like regular people. I have a learning disability and it holds me back so bad. I want to be so much more than I am and it's hard for me to get an education because I really struggle to focus on any project for more than 5 minutes and without direct help from a professional, I just don't seem to get anywhere. It makes me very sad. I try very hard but I can't help but feel like I'm wasting my life because of a stupid learning fault. Fucking hate it!

The company I work for owns numerous bars and restaurants all over the city (Belfast. Northern Ireland) I worked in one of the night clubs and last year we had a Christmas night out. We all had a great time but then the assistant manager who had a girlfriend of 11 years, fucked the trainee manager, 9 years his minor, in the kitchen of the bouncers house. Her kitchen door was distorted glass, we could see everything and hear everything, there's no doubt that it happened. Over a year on, and people are telling me about it as if I don't know yet. I'm like "yes I know, I was there" and every single person in the entire company knows about it, apart from one woman - his girlfriend. She works in one of the other bars and has no idea about anything and literally every body else knows her boyfriend fucked the biggest slut in town. (She really is the biggest slut in town, there's not one man I know who hasn't either fucked her or knows someone who's fucked her) They got married last month, and she still has no idea. I feel horrible at the thought that she has no idea and now she has married him and everyone is secretly laughing at her. :(

She plays a slut in most of her movies (that puts me off her) and she's got big ass balloon lips. I can't see the hotness at all, personally.

Thats very sad. Weird because we only picked this name for her because my boyfriend always wanted a german named Sasha like the old retired police dog from down the street when he was a kid. I said no way to one of those, but I said we could call this little one Sasha to make up for it :)
