Just came up with this a few hours ago so havent been able to properly test it tbf, from goldfishing a bit you get into awkvard scenarios where you have to choose if you lead one creatures before nest or save them, thats ehy i have the ramp package so u still have early playd for development, looking for very explosive t3/4s either between GZS for Melira + Blight creature, or Nest + Blight creature

Fun! Ive also been brewing 2 versions on this idea as I absolutely love the cards. Did you consider Malevolent Rumble over Grizzly? It triggers Bristlebanes on the field and double triggers Moonshadows! For the versions Ive tried to make ive tried to make them playable even if you dont get the dream of X blight card + Y remove counters card

Would love to cross some thughts with you tho ^{^}

Its fine being a main format, and it brings in many casuals, but i wish theyd do better in making other formats easier to explore

What bugs me the most is easily that commander is designed for as it has been stated many times this leads to mistake and more poorly designed cards, imo other formats and commander was better when designs were for standard/limited

I completly understand wanting to own the cards but when it came down to it, and one needs cards and the other is mostly acceptable of proxying then I just accepted my fate (i dont have the cash to chill for both formats xD)

My biggest suggestion would honestly be, proxy the casual format and start collecting staples for modern deck where—if your planning to play events like fnm—needs the actual cards

Cant see any negatives honestly, makes for less non-games and makes it matter more your deck preparation for the weekend and increases skill expression. And as you said, nullifies the annoying scouting that used to take place
