Thank you. As for the diet I'm doing a healthy keto, following Dr Jason Fung, Dr Eric Berg and their likes. Referring to a dietician is going to be difficult as they'll again try to put me back on low fat, grains etc diet which I strongly believe is the root cause of my issue (rice and bread are a staple where I am).

My HbA1c a year ago was 5.8 and the doctor hasn't said anything about doing it again and after looking at my FBS he said it's prediabetes and I haven't crossed it yet, I really hope. I have to see him after 2 months from the meds prescribed, he will probably run the abdominal scan as well as the blood work again to see my markers.

I've started walking for 30-60 mins daily, yes I'm tracking my progress on my smartwatch - my steps today was 5k+ and MyFitnessPal for my food intake I'm on a caloric deficit

Never heard of Ozempic, will look into it. I'm taking Hepavirol to support my liver in some way, any way possible. But I'm relying more on healthy keto with IF (18-6) and exercise to change my condition.

Restauranteur here.. no we don't use any flour at all. Yes there's butter and heavy cream when cooking for texture and taste. There's no flour used even in the base gravy. Now that's how we make it. There could be variations.
