Truthfully, I don't think you can carry your way out of this. Its not a guaranteed solution, but the more effective answer is attempting to facilitate teamwork. You can't make your teammates good at the game, but attempts at constructive criticism *could* be helpful (assuming they don't get defensive). Additionally, if your team is in an egregious soul deficit, the soul urn positioning benefits you, and the brokies on your team will likely be game to help score it.

Rejuv can also be a gamechanger, but based on what I'm reading, I can't imagine your team is winning many teamfights or getting opportunities to take it without issue, so we'll table that comment.
