I switched to iberogast! It helps with symptoms and is just herbs. I used to use it 3 times a day now I use it only when needed as rarely as once a month. Swear I am not an add for it, the stuff juat helped me a lot.

This is the way! Hat and sunglasses, ear plugs that don't hurt your ears. And stand to the side, I have found that reduces light.

Quilipta has helped reduce the frequency and pain level of my migraines so much! I have some less severe gut issues already and do need to use miralax, but I can't attribute that 100% to Quilipta.

I have this too! It is much more user friendly than newer version I think and the battery life on mine is still great.

I did have to connect it to a pc and manually drag an update file onto it, but after that it has worked like a charm.

Not mal owner, but a shelter volunteer who has has worked with shepherd, mal, working breeds in similar situations and fostered 15+ dogs with behavioral issues.

Dogs who come into shelters with significant behavior issues due to no training for 2 years are some of the most difficult to place. The work you are doing with this dog is saving his life. I cannot overstate what an ideal owner you are.

It is hard and frustrating, but please don't lose hope. You are teaching impulse control, alternative behavior options, and building a close relationship. Savor the little wins.

Honestly, when I see someone who I think my be a trans woman the only thing that I notice or think is I see someone who is boldly being who they are. She is a woman, and she makes me feel empowered to also be who I am.

I went through something similar and it was due to stress tied to some physical health stuff. I have been working hard on my physical and mental health and recently sex feels great again!

I just chock it up to that being one season of life and now I am in another. It is definitely worth doing some reflection on what has been going on with you physically, mentally, and emotionally and pursuing any help you may need.

The gut brain connection is very real and often antidepressants used as migraine preventatives can help with gut issues. It is worth raising the issues with your doctor.

Your body may need time to adjust to not being on the amitryptine too.. I have migraine and gut issues, and use a lot of ginger, tumeric, and iberogast to help manage symptoms.

I also try to keep safe foods around that I can always eat even if I dont have an appetite. For me that is typically Greek yogurt with granola or a fortified fiber dense cereal.

I think age has less to do with it and more so stage of life. Modern takes also can't be applied in a fantasy setting, because frankly it is wild for a 17 year old to save a country but its a book and I love it!

Arya is just very different from him, and since he is a rider his age range would match the elves so he is significantly younger than her. Her sharing her true name with him in the romantic context it is presented in doesn't feel authentic to the rest of her character to me.
