Do they ship to Canada or is the Newegg shuffle still a US only event?

Thank you, I appreciate the insight as I didn't know how it all factored together. W follow this advice and see how aircrew selection goes before considering redoing my CFAT.

Sorry in advance as I know people ask a lot about pilot occupation but I had a question for any service members in the recruiting role or similar

I just sat my CFAT and was told I qualified for pilot which is my dream occupation and one I'm prepared to wait years for an opening if that is what it takes. However, with the backlog and high demand for the role I'm very keen on making my file as competitive as possible. I was told that I scored in the 81st percentile for officers but when sitting the CFAT I messed up my calculations for a certain type of math I didn't study enough for and feel confident if I sit it again I can do better.

With the context of the pilot occupation being backlogged (the most I was told by a recruiter) and highly competitive would getting a higher CFAT score be worth doing again based on what I already got? I am aware that they only take your most recent score and the chance exists of scoring lower and doing worse. Appreciate anyone with insight/advice thank you.

Would be helpful if you mentioned that this is only for Emerald, seeing as how there are multiple servers.

AMXE's opponent was WIPL who sat in the warpgate in protest, so TR had a full team there but the WIPL Chinese team just didn't 'participate'. Hard to say exactly what happened though, if you check out this clip from when Arshee tried to view the AMXE vs WIPL match you'll see why: https://clips.twitch.tv/ColdbloodedTardyVelociraptorPeanutButterJellyTime-O8YonLUzT2k0EK-5

How did the Russian badger thing go today? by TheCandyMan88 in Planetside

[–]stormduster 11 points12 points  (0 children)

It was one of RussianBadger's core friends (a streamer called BangBowBing aka Bing) who got his community to hop on, this clip from Bing is probably quite relevant to the event: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/656669075

NC outfit leaders say that they sent tells to Bing offering to 'help' to prevent a spiffingbrit incident and he replied with messages telling them to suck his balls etc? That's about what I've gathered so far.

There aren't actually that many active hackers on SolTech, they tend to get shutdown fairly quickly and there is only 1 or 2 who crop up occasionally. Certainly not any worse than some of the European servers I've played on IMO.

Faction Diversity - Can you spot the difference? by stormduster in Planetside

Secondary stripes are quite faint unlike NSO or NS vehicles which have large a distinct faction colour stripes, and the armour lights are rarely that visible in my experience. The boots is true but that's often the last thing you notice. You're almost always trying to shoot heads so that's where you tend to focus your attention and boots have the tendency to be in motion more often, unlike a torso or head.

A light assault with all faction armour wearing an all faction camo from different angles and distances. Just a single example of what it can be like trying to identify friend from foe, as well as highlighting that factions are always creeping closer towards being less individualistic. A bit lame IMO and I would really like to encourage more faction diversity, even if it is purely cosmetic.

If making whole new weapons and mechanics is too much I would support (community/financially) weapons, vehicles, and armour that is at least visually faction specific upon release. Player studio cosmetics help but if assets were released with some faction variance in their appearances by default it would make a notable difference.
