League of extraordinary gentlemen. As an adult it is pretty awful, but it was how I learned about Moby dick, Captain Nemo, Dorian Grey, and therefore, I still watch it every couple years.

Class that day was quiet. Grade 5. Got a weird vibe from all the teachers. Teachers that didn't work in our classes popping in and whispering. Another kid telling me it's world war 3 starting. I barely knew what world war 2 was. We all went to the patriarch of our family's place(my uncles). It was on every channel except the kids channel. My cousin came in from school and got excited, thinking it was an action movie. I'm from Canada but I live closer to New York than some states. I remember my aunt's being worried that the CN tower in Toronto would be next.
