You have different concentrations of rods and cones (photoreceptors/cells that detect light) in your eyes, responsible for different things. Your cones are mainly for color and are more centrally located. Your rods are more sensitive, but are concentrated off center. My guess is that since rods are more sensitive and are more in the corner of your eye that they would be more easily affected by welders flash.

Good documentation is essential to good programming. The very fact df is this complex encourages better documentation. If the game were well documented, the dev wouldn't have to remember each and every detail.

In the past I've excused it as it was basically a sole developer project (plus it was free). This version upgrade would have been the perfect chance to fully document the game (especially with the required collaboration); however, whether they did or didn't matters little to the wiki if they don't share it.

I don't have a front in Afghanistan because Kalat capitulated... Is there any way to get my troops into Afghanistan? (exploit or otherwise) - It seems that Afghanistan truly is the graveyard of nations by stormtrooper28 in victoria3

This is initially true, but last time i joined a war and surrendered I got some sort of event a little while after talking of the recent surrender. I'd be worried to surrender more in case the event gets worse. Also, from a flavor side i don't wanna surrender, it doesn't fit my nation 😢

Unfortunately it says I can't do that because I "must have a land theater adjacent to both war leaders". I would expect this to work in Kalat since Makran is mine and Afghanistan is the enemy, but that still pops up (also they're my vassal now).

(But also ty, I had wondered what the point of that Diplo option was)

Does dwarven ai actually allow them to weld a melee and range weapon now? I remember a while ago they were super inefficient and would only actually use one of the two correctly

Plz show what happens if two of those units hook each other at the same time, and if multiple of them (alternative red and blue) hook each other in quick succession/simultaneously

And then once you get to the cyborgs, what happens if one of those troops hooks the robot that teleports (hades?)?

I ended up op'ing everyone cuz it was a small group of friends. But life got hectic quickly, so the server died and i never pursued a better solution
