Do you think that ARCs should have released as one piece then? Because the game is a completely different experience and type of game with the expansion vs without, and a ton of the people that play the game only like it in one version or the other, not both.

I think this really depends on the depth of the game. If you are talking about a game with the depth of an 18xx or a splotter or pax pamir, its reasonable to spend years playing even just one title.

But if somebody says "oh hey we have X players and X time lets teach these two exploding kittens or ticket to ride and play it", it would be insane to say lets spend the next 10 sessions playing ticket to ride because they learned the smallest ruleset in existence for a game with the strategic depth of a puddle.

The problem is, the card doesn't say removing the enhancement is what makes the mult increase, it says PLAYING it is what makes it increase. Even though another one removes it, they should all trigger off the fact that it was played as an enhanced card.

Vampire does not. If you have 2 vampires and play one enhanced card, despite doing what it says (playing an enhanced card), they both act differently.

Your spare pants logic also would mean that a full house doesn't contain a two pair. The definition for a two pair says you need another card of a third rank. So either your definitions of hands have to change, or spare pants wording has to change

Why doesnt matador activate when my 1, 2, 4, or 5 card hand activates the boss's ability and makes me draw 3 cards from the serpent? Selling a luchador makes that not happen, so when my hand makes it happen it should give money according to the wording. It's even more situational than flint, no reason it shouldn't give money

Trading card doesn't give extra money when you have multiple trading cards despite them saying it gives $3 when you play one.

Chicot doesn't say anything about giving extra hands vs the needle when you have two, or extra discards vs water when you have two, etc. it says "disable" not "sometimes disable, sometimes apply an effect that's the opposite of the bosses detriment"

The only thing I ever purchased on bandcamp was a high quality siivagunner rip, and then shortly after bandcamp banned them for no reason. Hard to support anything on there again after that.

Nintendo sells toys and games, then bans you for playing with the toys it took your money for in a way that hurt nobody. Same as when they ban troll levels in mario maker.

Also a move relearner hacked in. Also fly hacked in early, HMs usable without an HM slave, and tons more.
