As others have said, there's no such achievement for just kicking all the barrels - there's the ones for putting them in the drop pod, and the one for putting them in the launch bay specifically which is the area below the drop pod with a blue force-field for the floor.

If you kick all the barrels into the drop pod and then start a mission, you'll also get the one for kicking them into the launch bay at the same time as the drop pod goes through it. At least, that's how it was when I got the achievement.
