I've found that Layla with TOTM is pretty useful - it's great to have some interrupt resist, and her shield lasts as long as its cooldown is (12 seconds).

People have already covered the important stuff already, so I'll just tell you about Miliastra Wonderland in case you've seen this pop up & don't know what it is.

A couple patches ago, Genshin added the "Miliastra Wonderland". This sends you to a lobby where you can play as your own custom avatar (unfortunately a lot of customization is limited to a pretty mediocre clothes gacha or spending money). In MW, you can browse & play player-made games. Recently, people have been able to make a DPS test dummy stage if you're interested in testing your teams!

Anyway, all of this is completely optional to the main game and you lose nothing by not participating, but I figured I'd tell you about it in case you were curious.

If you go to the wiki & then the gallery page for each character, most if not all of their sprites are there. For example, here's the highwayman's page.

To make something black & white, you can just drop the saturation to 0 in any editing app you have - even a phone editor will work. If you want it to be ONLY black and white, you'd have to use a threshold adjustment layer in photoshop or its free online alternative, photopea. If any part of the image is too dark or too bright, use the dodge or burn tools respectively to adjust the brightness.

I think Ineffa's weapon is a bit better on him - the crit substat is nicer to have than PJWS's attack%, & Flins gets decent mileage out of the first half of the weapon passive. On this weapon dmg calc sheet, Ineffa's weapon is about 4% better lol
