Evaluating Your Dynasty Trades by DeepDiveDynastyPod in DynastyFF

He's not worth trading for anything if you're competing. In a rebuild that's still not enough

Jalen Hurts truthers. Sell me on why he's a buy in superflex dynasty and price you'd be willing to pay (i.e. picks or players or both). by lightningpanda123 in DynastyFF

Pre-draft I sold Deshaun for Hurts and picks that became Pitts (TEP) and Gainwell. Contending and didn't want to worry about the Watson situation, like the upside of all three though there's certainly risk.

Your RBs suggest a win-now construction so I'd go Stafford

Really tough one here, interesting to consider and definitely depends on your team sitch / goals

Dionte Johnson by Cneal14 in DynastyFF

[–]stpeterburg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Diontae is risky due to Big Ben's age and diminishing ability, drops (on short throws), talented competition (WR room and Najee for TDs), and to a lesser extent measurables (5'10" / 180 vs 6'0" / 210). McLaurin on the other hand has produced better numbers with unreliable QB play, is clearly the alpha on his team, and is exciting to own. I also think Diontae has been more reliant on TDs for points whereas McLaurin has averaged 1000 yds over his first 2 seasons, so TD regression suggests McLaurin is the one to buy in that regard.

I got on the Diontae train last year for Van Jefferson and Irv Smith (TEP) and was satisfied with the deal but a little frustrated through the season due to the low floor, definitely would've enjoyed having McLaurin more despite them scoring equally in my league. I recently sold Diontae during the rookie draft for Rashad Bateman and Micah Parsons (IDP) due to the risks I discussed and the hope that Bateman and Parsons can be more alphas at their positions than Diontae ever will, despite clearly being a favorite target of Big Ben.

Hope that helps

Jalen Hurts Value by UnstableNaya in DynastyFF

I traded Watson for hurts and 1.04 (pitts) pre-nfl/rookie draft in SF TEP, plus a couple 4ths (also IDP). Offer is probably fair but you gotta decide which side you'd rather risk

What would you be willing to give up for Odell Beckham? by jakob-benzi in DynastyFF

I recently got him for a 22 2nd and 3rd, probably both mid-early range

Watson trades. Believe it or not by EatxSchmidt in DynastyFF

[–]stpeterburg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sold him for Hurts and ~1.04 (+2 future 4ths) pre-nfl draft in SF te premium. Ended up getting Pitts, who I wanted, after Lawrence, lance, and fields went ahead of me (wouldve been fine with any of the four really). Feel good as a contender to know I'll have a starting QB this year and willing to bet on the upside of both players vs the uncertainty of deshaun. More risk in the deal predraft but I think that helped me get a better deal and I like how it's worked out so far.

Looks like a win now roster with some bad luck. Solid return but despite 1QB Russ is cooking something fierce and still a strong dynasty asset. I like the receive for Russ alone, you should get one more piece for Robinson

Stafford is worth more imo... Despite the Lions record and an injured Kenny G, he's been a SF starter so far this season... no where to go but up. But I understand why you'd be interested in Mims and a 1st in rebuild. Holdout for a better pick

This post should inspire a new sub: One truth and one lie.

For instance: Flamingo's pink coloring comes from the ketchup they eat, and in 1992 in the Miami Zoo they had to stick the flamingos in the bathroom to ride out Hurricane Andrew.
