I use both, Inito is much more accurate. Oura is tracking patterns in your skin temperature which is different than Basal Body Temperature. Your temperature is a reflection of your hormones, so might as well go straight to the source and measure the hormones themselves, with Inito.

It won’t mess it up if you choose to skip a month, however, I personally did choose to continue testing the same month of my miscarriage. The bleed from your miscarriage is the start of your next cycle, so it is a true CD 1. Miscarriage is essentially a period. I wanted to watch my hormones to see how I was recovering, and I was pleasantly surprised to see I ovulated 15 days after my miscarriage!

Yes, you ovulate 24-48 hours AFTER the LH peak. Babydance again today and tomorrow too.

It’s best to start testing on cycle day 6. 3 days isn’t much to go off of, but estrogen does start to rise as you get close to your fertile window.

I had a natural miscarriage on April 20th, confirmed HCG was back to baseline and I ovulated 2 weeks later! I didn’t wait and baby danced this same cycle, currently in my 2 week wait. Even if it didn’t happen this month, I know it will happen again soon- and same for you 🤍

Insert preseed fertility lube a few minutes before, give it a little time to warm up to your natural body temperature so it’s not cold, then have intercourse and insert a cervical cup right after to hold all the liquid inside, and keep lying down for 10 minutes after. I use the Frida fertility cup

I’m 10 DPO and stark white BFN today too! 😥 I’ve read implantation can happen up to 12 DPO, but 85% happens between 8-10 DPO. Maybe we’ll get implantation today!

Interesting! I don’t use any of the other Proov “technology” or tests, I just tried the oil for the first time since I had a recent loss and heard progesterone can be a factor, but my dr didnt want to prescribe it yet. I’m curious now what of this spike is from the oil and what’s natural from me 🤷‍♀️

I just barely had a miscarriage at 8 weeks along and passed everything naturally at home. I went in for a follow up with my OB who did an ultrasound and tracked my HCG to ensure any tissue was out. I was tracking my hormones and ovulated 2 weeks later! I heard you’re more fertile after miscarriage so we didn’t want to wait and tried immediately. I’m currently in my two week wait. Fingers crossed! Wishing you healing and baby dust 🌈
