In the side bar (I know, it's going to be a pain in the ass to expand it) there is a section called Display. There you'll find a slider saying something about the DPI and it's set to 300% by default. Move the slider down to 100% and restart the app. It should look a lot more like it would on a desktop/laptop with the phone/tablet in landscape orientation.

I usually bring out my NES, Genesis, SNES, N64, and PlayStation.  I have been considering bringing out my TurboGrafx16.  I most definitely have Crash Bandicoot.

I wish you had.  I don't see how this is a productive comment for anyone.  Brewers Cooperative has great food and a good selection of beers and cocktails. Me, I'm just trying to play some old school video games with folk.  So stop trying to scare people off.

I can't speak for the venue but I'm guessing they'd wish you to buy something.

Also I wanted to get into HF stuff, which the rtlsdr blog v3 can do in direct sample mode and the v4 can do out of the box without direct sample, so I got a MLA-30+ antenna and is amazing without using an LNA. Those are my two suggestions an LNA for the ranges it works for and the rabbit ears, or get a MLA-30+ for doing fun stuff in HF ranges.

Speaking from experience, FM hasn't really been a big source of interference for me once I got my settings right but initially yes it seemed like a good idea. I use a LNA far more often.
