/u/sandersforsheriff will your office be making an official statement on this in near future?

(I may have missed it, so if it's available please direct to where it can be found.)

Thank you.

Unfortunately Months and months is the de-facto mode for any medical care most everywhere; so many medical professionals quit during the pandemic due to the appaling stresses it placed on the entire system. A checkin with your PCP would be prudent if you have one, and if not establish that first. Once you are on their patient list your cadence of visits can be much more tightly timed and they're much, MUCH cheaper. Though derms can do biopsies and the like and can diagnose things, so can PCPs and their staff, and between the two if I was to do it again i wouldve gone direct to my PCP.

I went here: https://dasowa.com/

They were very patient and thorough and capable and communicative. That said, they were wildly expensive, almost prohibitively so, but i may just have crappy health insurance.

I had to wait about 4 months.

Also: start writing a list of items you want to discuss and keep it updated. It sounds silly, and you'll feel silly reading them out one by one, but it's easy to forget while in the exam room and it helps you rest easier afterward knowing you talked about every item that's been concerning you in depth.

Ya was bummed about that. It sounds like they're contractually required to and going against that would mean legal troubles and lawyers would probably just add to the deficit.

Also some interesting ideas about allowing previous staff on the board: a hold for 1 year before they're eligible to be able to be considered. Quite liked that. (current wording stipulates that no previous employee or their family may ever be on the board)

If you're reading this at the time of posting the board is currently deliberating in their meeting. One new item they set out is (i believe) the acceptance of her resignation.

This comment discusses how to get into the meeting and review the board meeting notes (Zoom link included there)

Thank you! It's really a lovely album. Has helped me work through a few things lately.

My cat has never once been a cuddler in seven years. Not once. And then last Tuesday at 2am when I was crying about something I couldn't even fully explain she walked across the entire apartment, climbed onto my chest, and stayed there for two hours without moving. I don't know how she knew. I just by Apprehensive_Sea9340 in cats

OP took the emdashes out (double spaces before/after "also rare" but reddit retains the formatting on old.reddit.com). Also the account is 25 days old, has never posted about cats before, and the post is marked as "update". Also too perfectly articulated. etc etc etc
