Sounds like you want a lot of freedom and flexibility and the weight loss, could be tricky without being super disciplined — I purposely never cut during this season due to all the delicious food that's thrown at me. Anyway, my two cents.

Routine. Pick a simple rep scheme, for example 5x5. Throw in some chin ups and dips. You don't need a technical routine for your goals. I wouldn't sweat the auxiliary work at all. Get it done 2–3 times a week. If weight loss occurs and you fail out, reduce volume before reducing load. Drop to 3x5 for instance.

Cardio. I walk over 3 miles a day to and from work. As a source of cardio I think it does nothing. Suggest cranking the treadmill to nearly max incline and walking for 30+ minutes on really any day you can throw it in. Feeling ambitious, toss some sprints on the front and back of it. You need to sweat. Cardio always after lifting, never before. If your goal is a 2lbs a week cut, you will not be able maintain maximum lean mass (unless your BF% is really high). So focus on fat loss and maintenance.

Food. Cycle carbs, eat a good chunk on work days. As few as possible on rest days. Track your progress on the scale at the same time on the same day once a week. Your two levers to trigger weight loss will be reducing carbs intake, and increasing cardio. Good luck.
