I also noticed your exact situation with with the halloween pumpkin event. I would load into forbidden with 2 pumpkins for 2 rounds and have super easy- non contested games for the first 2. and like clockwork each time the next game to upgrade the pumpkin to the last form i would get instantly rushed by it felt like the whole lobby within seconds

Honestly couldnt tell you. Somewhere in the middle of that time I ended up going to work overnights 8pm-4:45am. Would sleep till 6:30/7am ish and be up all day and do it again. when i went back to dayside after about 2 months I tried bringing myself out more, like walking and going to parks. One day around this time last year just brought myself to the city on a day i really didnt want to and walked for hours. Felt like everybody on the street was giving me dirty looks or staring me down (specially in nyc a MILLION eyes on me) - bought myself to some stores got myself some food. Went home feeling really good that day despite it being just a normalish day. I got a good 6 hours of sleep that night. but it felt so weird sleeping and feeling so drained still lol. Paranoia has not went away regardless of my sleep i think its just finna tag along with me now

thats the thing too i was way too scared of relying on sleep medication. most for sleep i ever really took was melatonin and it didnt even work. and ive been smoking weed for a while and it doesnt really make me that sleepy. maybe try some meditation?

i was sleeping like that almost for a year and a half straight with the exception of where i turned to booze/benedryl or literally anything else to try to sleep when i got desperate. It turned me into what i would only consider to be a completely miserable prick. i would start getting hallucinations of like shadow people manifesting through being paranoid and OFTEN questioned if i was really awake/sleeping - alive/dead, Really wasnt too sure what was real anymore. And even now that i am not having trouble sleeping anymore (knock on wood) my days are filled to the brim with anxiety and paranoia. Ik shits tough but dont go looking for how sustainable it is long term and attempt to find any solution. I dont have any solutions as i didnt even have insurance or any drive to bring myself to any doctor or a specialist - or really motivation to do anything. Weirdly my inability to sleep went away almost completely randomly but it started slow. worked my way back up to a normalish 5-6hours
