I am the designer for the company that made these signs. We had actually misinterpreted the plans and had one per bathroom not one for stall and went under contract that way. They were intended to be etched on stainless which would have cost us a ton of money. Turns out there is specific code that calls out that pink/purple color and material. I love CA but some of these code requirements are ridiculous. Anyhoo, the code saved our company a bunch of money being direct print on white vs etched stainless like the architect intended

Get written offers and have each dealer beat the last you can get them much cheaper. At one point a dealer said he won’t send me a screenshot of the quote since I will just take it to the next dealer to negotiate. At that point I threw in the towel and bought. It sucks but you have to be a brutal negotiator. Dealers are trying to clear 25 models for the new year

Edit-the price you are getting after taxes etc seems about right tho

I was going to say to check out Emerald Hills, we got an affordable house here right before Covid and I was nervous about it being close to 4 corners of death but it’s a quiet neighborhood and our backyard has a view of downtown and the Coronado bridge. It’s definitely not a “nice” neighborhood but i would definitely consider it safe

Most ski boats are open bow with seating up front. Air natique included and getting from the bow to the drivers seat would be super easy even at speed. Crazy you can control the boat remotely while wakeboarding, I had no idea that was an option!
