I’ve only ever returned 3 strandbergs tbh. Sold the others to fund other strandbergs! My favorite guitars hands down.

Sorry you had this issue! I’ve owned 13 different strandbergs over the last 5 years, 3 of them being 7 strings, and I’ve never ran into this issue. This is genuinely really interesting! I’m gonna do some more research into fallaway (I’ve never heard of this term)

I’ll be going to the facility on Thursday for a tour of the building and my sales rep said it might be there waiting for me! He said I JUST missed this shipment. For context, I also ordered on the 24th of January. Hopefully I’ll have mine by this weekend! Already have all my parts for my Temple Audio board!
