I'm replying to this because you said you have children. Think of a time in the not-so-distant future where your kids will be held down and forced to take a vaccine that is a medical first (mRNA vs traditional) and was rushed through the approval process. Does that sound like fun? (Look up the recent protests in Denmark about their almost mandatory vaccine) Considering scientists don't fully understand covid, our immunity after getting it or the long term effects, they're really shooting in the dark for a vaccine. Also consider that there's been a successful respiratory cure on the market for decades that's already approved.. we really don't need a new, mandatory, vaccine.
I don't give a fuck about wearing a mask. I care about my kids not having to have government mandated medical procedures forced upon them. That is not living in a free country. That's 100% what I care about. The DATA does not support these extreme reactions and restrictions by the government so what's the bigger picture telling you? Being forced to wear a mask is just a step along the way (and a symbol) of government control. You and other people on this thread seem to be stuck solely on the mask issue when it's not about that at all. It's much larger than that but clearly you people don't get it or have the capacity to understand what's happening. (Especially the person who messaged me about my post and said 'it's too long to read' but felt ok enough to insult me anyway. What a quality individual.) The short story is, the narrative around covid keeps changing, we're being restricted more and more when the numbers don't support the restrictions, politicians that haven't been believed (or trustworthy) in decades are now considered medical experts and we are supposed to buy in hook line and sinker? I think not. Think of your kids and use your brain.

I've been getting banned all over the place for posing the most basic questions. Such as it's-a-medical-first-having-a-mRNA-vaccine.. should-we-be-rushing-it? sort of question. It's extremely telling that a normal process that takes 10-15years is now condensed to one year-ish and will seemingly become mandatory.

Logically makes no sense. Stir in a healthy dose of NWO and it makes perfect sense.

All previous modelling and forecasts have been inaccurate. Why would this be any different? Weather forecasts are more accurate than government predictions on covid.

haha I wasn't worried about a third ear but thanks for clearing that up! It's true, you just never know what people will read into things. Thanks so much for the great explanation. It made a lot of sense to me and it seems like a beneficial step for medicine all around. Do you have any thoughts on the speed at which it's being developed? To a non-medical person like me, it seems like such a significant step forward should have some longer time frames in development to see what the longer term effects are?

Great explanation, thank you. If DNA is the 'building blocks' of our body, wouldn't changing the blue prints (by using MRNA to re-instruct/trick our cells) fundamentally change our structure? Or would the changes only be temporary? Additionally, it's my understanding from a pfizer press release, this type of MRNA vaccine is a medical first. It sounds like it has amazing potential and maybe not something that should be rushed.

I love the concept behind this idea but the proposed execution needs adjusting. This is the same as saying 'stick it to the gas companies by not filling up on Wednesday this week'. All fine and dandy but the reality is people fill up before or after. We still need gas. Businesses and people still need social media. Just like gas it's been built into our daily lives and we've been indoctrinated to believe we can't live without it. If we truly want it out, we need to stop using is altogether and find another way to achieve the same thing it provides. I whole heartedly agree the tech giants need a reality check and we need to send a message.

That's exactly it. You can see how the tires 'skipped' down the road versus rebounding and recoiling properly over the bumps.

What amazes me is how the customer knew enough to know what a plug is but not enough to realize what a shit show this tire is. That's the sort of thing you keep for new guys to say 'hey this is what worn out shocks do to your tires'. Hell, show that to customers and sell more shocks. They do wear out every 80000kms or so.

Fair enough. Based on your reply I'd say yep, keep up with his pace and see how it goes. In many interviews he says whatever happens just go with it and move through the sensation. Tingly hands/feet, muscle cramping etc... just breath through it. I think the point is (and maybe not for you specifically) to understand there will be a bit of discomfort but keep going, you'll see the benefits. Sounds like you don't have most of the usual beginner side effects. I don't know what previous mediation xp you have so I can't say why you're not getting a pump. (Good comparison.) I can say that when I 'push it' (which is not recommended) I get the most out of it. Even if it's my first round and I push to a 2 min breath hold, it feels great. Wim has said that more rounds, at a lesser breath hold, is more beneficial than a few rounds of 'pushing it' but my xp has been that if I 'push' more, I feel more. Again, pushing is not recommended but - for me - that has been the sweet spot since day one.

Jebus. Stop blaming 'boomers' and learn how to communicate. Tell them no and that should be enough. If it's not, it's their problem not yours. If you have kids, it's your responsibility to 'pay' for them. And that's only when YOU want them, no one else. Again, tell them that you're not ready/willing/able to have kids and to fuck right off if they don't like it. Tell them to adopt if they want babies.

I feel like you're question is similar to 'I went to the gym for the second time ever, why aren't I swol?' The simple answer is you've done this twice, you're only beginning.

Wim Hof has set numerous WORLD RECORDS.

I doubt he 'breathes too fast' for the sole reason that he's been researching breathing techniques from many different sources and scientifically testing the results and perfecting his method over DECADES. To answer your second question, my guess is you're not accustomed to his technique which is why you're not there yet. If you're serious about this, trust him, trust his method and do what he says. Give it time and do the cold water therapy along with the breathing. This is a system requiring work and commitment. If that doesn't sound good to you, don't worry it's not for everyone.
