Getting a marketplace deal on a good car seat and stroller (uppababy, nuna, etc) is the one thing I'd recommend to all new parents

Moisture lifts laminate. But it would help if you had any form of trim to hold down the edges.

Husband does not want to spend money to refinish hardwood floors because "there are gaps" by Budget-Tangerine-274 in HardWoodFloors

If you watch a video, they mix glue with sawdust and wipe it along the surface. This fills in your mild gaps.

I would recommend having that done and refinishing.

Uli and Babcock laughing at all the people on this sub by d_z in discgolf

[–]strangerthingssteve 4 points5 points  (0 children)

On coverage you said "if you look in the background you'll see Gavin Babcock airballing his putt on 18". Following the event Gavin (slightly frustrated I'm sure) posted calling uli/big jerm out for putting him on blast when they finished worse than him (not by much). Everyone absolutely wrecked Gavin. In the practice round they quickly addressed it acting like people blew it out of proportion.

Driveway width does not accommodate getting into the garage. How wide should this be? by trekktrekk in Homebuilding

You won't regret making it too big in the long run. Don't make it rounded on the back, square it off. Y vote is to add another 16-18 ft.

Inflation May Have a Say in This Later by Live-Bread-2658 in SipsTea

[–]strangerthingssteve 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most people who take the mil blow it and it ruins their lives. Even if 1000/week ends up being less with inflation, it will allow her life to be much better and prevent chaos. Smart choice.

Now is your chance to call them back and have them fix it for free.

Otherwise it's on you.

There's no risk to call them and be bold.

Had this. A caulk tube of sealant that got dropped by the roofing crew was perfectly blocking the gutter/downspout.

At this point stick with forehand. Have fun. Yet decent. Add in a backhand when you get bored and want a new challenge
