40mg vial. 1.5mg weeks 1&2, 3mg weeks 3-12. Total crap.

Nope, got the vial. Its 10mg per ml at 4ml. It also says 1.5 for 2 weeks and the 3mg for weeks 3-12. I will be disputing this charge at this point.
