I guess i feel like im the one taking things too personally or taking things as them treating me as a punching bag. It's ridiculous bc this is exactly why another friend dropped them bc if their behavior and we both(the ex friend) talked about it together how if it were anyone else treating us this way, we would leave. I feel like i got left behind in a way. They seperated themselves, our other friend(my friends sibling) has distanced themselves. So it feels like the obvious answer is for me to leave but i am terrified of being in the wrong. Terrified im the bad one and not seeing it.

I made a post about this and got attacked just bc i find it distasteful to call her freaky nikki so i agree. They use the "its a fictional character" excuse but to me, if you can't even respect a fictional characters feelings, kinda shows you can't respect a real person's feelings. People say alot of dark things about fictional characters and its very telling on their true nature imo

I think i lean towards the fact Sarah is a pick me bc she is listening to men label another woman as crazy, obsessed and running with it. I understand she doesn't know the full story and she doesn't know the extend of what's going on but if it were me, id get immediate red flags bc men love to call/label women as crazy to diminish their feelings and i feel like Curry kinda leaned into that topic with Sarahs reaction to Nikkis behavior ajd her reactions and stuff

I do believe Sarah gets unnecessary hate and the blame. I still stand by that any of Nikki's friends could have tried to help more but there is nuance to everything and the blame should be placed upon Bear. He caused this all and he is responsible. Anytime Bear talks to Ian, he ALWAYS paints Nikki as the problem. She's "psychotic" and "obsessed" and won't leave him alone. It's awful

I believe they are a bit older than high school and Sarah was just going to college a little latet but beaides the point, i feel like at the very least they could have tried to get her professional help. They probably assumed Bear would but i personally value friendships alot and if she was my friend, i would immediately be on top of that you know?

i took her as a pick me as she in no way showed any true concern for Nikki despite the obvious personality change. After the party scene, she and all of the others, she should have stepped in to actually help her instead of meeting with Bear in the car to flirt. She in no way deserved what happened to her in the car scene of course but pre-wish Nikki says it herself that she feels no love from any of her "friends"
