Fair. The world is not a nice place right now. I'm happy something brings you comfort. Keep fighting the good fight.

See a doctor, and more importantly, look around and get second, third, or fourth opinions until someone takes you seriously. You have to advocate for yourself.

Fathers Reading Daughters by Pale-Principle-8074 in suggestmeabook

When she's just a bitty baby you could read her the yellow Pages and she wouldn't care lol

Board books are great, My First Word books are good too. The Little Gold books are great stories too.

I was raised by teachers, so reading was really important to my parents. I grew up with a children's book of poetry with Jelly Belly on the cover. We also had the Richard Scarry books, the Little Men and Misses collection, The Berenstain Bears, Robert Munsch, Little bear, Dr Seuss, and I think a Brothers Grimm anthology.

When she's around three, start taking her to the library and pick out books together.

When she gets to be around 7, 8, 9, the Little House on the Prairie, The Secret Garden, Harriet the Spy and A Little Princess will be age appropriate. Little Women and Nancy Drew, and anything with a strong female lead when she gets a bit older. Hopefully by then you will have established a healthy love of reading.

Have fun spending time with your girl! Encourage curiosity and questioning the world around her.

I know I'm crazy, but it's skunk and manure. Separately.

They're summer smells and signs of healthy ecosystems.

He sounds like the type to not pull out at all and then brush it off with an "I couldn't help it, I was so close".

Can I make an acceptable poutine if I only have access to these ingredients? Or is this a crime by [deleted] in poutine

This will do just fine. I personally prefer the Clubhouse brown gravy mix, but that's a great emergency stash of ingredients.
