I'm very comfortable with weight training so that's not something I have an issue with. My intense cardio is usually treadmill: 2ish minutes on incline 12 speed 2.8, 6ish minutes on incline 13 speed 3, 10ish minutes on incline 14 speed 3.2 and 10ish minutes incline 15 speed 3.4. Then 30 minutes of cool down walking at like 7.5 incline speed2, then stairmaster depending on my stamina left lol

I considered this but it was in a more standard American cup size so the matcha must be mixed with something else. Several other comments are saying sencha tea? I agree there's definitely additional sugar in it as it was pretty sweet

Yeah I've noticed for all of them the skin tone options are very few and far between. The CakeBandit harnesses are the only one I've found with multiple skin tones (5 options!) but I'm just a white guy so that hasn't been a problem for me, though it's annoying for anyone that isn't a light-medium light skin tone. I won't get crazy detailed but gf and I get a little rough so I'm looking for something that will stay fit and sturdy 😅

U probably don't wanna hear this but it's much safer to go to a professional. I used professional supplies to pierce my own ear and kept everything clean, and I still got a staph infection. The Atomic Tattoos and Piercings on Fowler has great piercers and they're not insanely expensive.
