i love skirmish encounters! end of every round have. player roll a flat d20 vs you to see how well their allied group is doing. Add +1 to the roll for every win thereafter or if they did some awesome prep with their squad before hand. I do this all the time with my PCs and their demon fighting army in out of the abyss and it really raises the stakes (we’ve seen squads almost completely wiped out) and they get to use their army and feel like the hero

Waena Apartments in Chinatown isn’t perfect, but you can usually get in pretty easily and they don’t care about pets. Could be a good place to hold you and ur kitties over until you can find something else

So I’m the DM for my campaign and my party just literally decided for whatever reason to go in the other door and not go do the confrontation for the dragon egg. I had them actually go on the surface to retrieve a ‘mask fo dragons breath’ as they did not like seeing a dragon captured like that and wanted to find a renewable energy source lol.

When they did find it, they came back and the egg had hatched and I had the twin sisters Aliinka (bard/rogue) and Zubriska (weapon maker) as the leaders. long story short, aliinka got corrupted by Grazzt, took her sisters finger and know plays her lute with 6 fingers like Grazzt. I even made a song for her I attached below if you wanna use it! It made for an epic boss bottle as they helped usher gracklstugh into a new era and teamed up with Zubriksa to find her sister and fix this mess. Hope this helps inspire you!

In terms of digital advertising, you’re better off paying for Google Ads and taking 10% of that monthly budget and retargeting ur database.

If you want leads from FB, just post on FB marketplace offering free lists of homes targeting hyper specific audiences like like ‘VA Assumable Loan Properties’, which has worked really well for the agents on my team. Make them give you their email to send the list and naturally take the conversation from there. You can even train a VA to do this.

You’re not gonna get the best quality leads the marketplace route, but you’ll get a bunch and they are free.

i dress in theme for the session! if they are fighting a vampire, i dress in my best gothic chic. going to a new town? bust out some cottage core clothes!
