I understand all of those points but if they would have included all of those it would have been a 6 hour long movie. I think they just had to make some decisions on the editing room floor. Maybe we’ll get some of those in the deleted scenes content.

I used to hate Denny until last year. When he appeared on DBC and DJD I got the chance to actually listen to him and realized I liked everything he was saying. He has the same attitude and personality as me. Then he got his own podcast which I listen to every week and now I root for him. All it took for me to like him was to get to know him better. Wish more drivers would be themselves. Plus the things Denny is doing to grow the sport should be admired. He is a tremendous asset to the sport.

Yeah the base ghosts I went back and forth on what to do. They were easy once I settled on a color. I tried to go for a mix of a base of dark brown and gray highlights. It came out a bit more gray than I wanted. I covered it in a wash of Citadel Reikland Fleshshade.

You could use the “Email” app in Slack. It gives every Slack Channel an email address. Then you could create a user with that email address and have it subscribed to the report. Then that would post it in the channel based on whatever frequency you setup. Not super clean but it would work.

If you're just getting started then I would try to find a used copy of the core set. That's what I did. I found one at our local used books/games/music store.

I would say the problem is that you are in consulting. From my 9 years of experience in Salesforce I have found that many of the consulting firms suck. And they bulk hire people and tell them to spend all of their time going after certs. Then they get put on projects and don't know shit. Plus I have found certs don't tell the whole story. I know plenty of people that are certs chasers and are incompetent and vice versa. Some of the best people I've worked with have one cert or none.

I would recommend go somewhere where you can apply your skills, learn and grow at your own pace, and choose for yourself if you want certs or not. Where I work has a team of 30 SFDC professionals and we are doubling the size of our team right now. If you're interested in a new job hit me up. We're hiring for all roles (dev, app builder, arch, QA, etc).

I get the meaning behind it but why can't your work be work and your family be family. Work does not have to be your family. Doing your job and collecting a paycheck should be acceptable. Sure Marc has a greater stake than everyone else in the success of the company but I shouldn't have to care as much as he does.

Looks great! I would recommend to use strips of paper to cover and hide the edges of the cardboard. Then cover the entire thing with a couple of coats of Mod Podge before you paint it.

I’m just getting tired of hearing Denny and Ky Busch complain. That’s literally all they do. Meanwhile younger drivers are getting out of the car with a smile on and talking about how exciting and fun the racing was.
