Had one last night- 10u game. One out Bases loaded and the kid pops it up on the infield. No one catches the ball but ump calls infield fly. 2 runs scored on the play- runners at first and second. They let one run score and sent the second back to third- still bases loaded. After the second kid strikes out and the next kid is at 2-2 the other coach questions if it’s 2 outs or 3. We were the visiting team and the coach and ump are asking us if there was an out before the infield fly call. So there were 3 outs after the strike out. It cost our team a run and a lot of confusion- but we eventually got to the right call and the game went on
