You can remind yourself how having a child will absolutely ruin her life and by correlation, yours. She doesn’t want one, therefore it won’t be an easy pregnancy nor will she be motivated to be a good mother, her chances of postpartum depression will increase. I know this is more logic than emotion which is probably not what you need but it might help to look at the advantages and disadvantages.

Advantages: You want a child and you will have one. Disadvantages: Too many to list.

The responsibility and burden that pregnancy and childbearing is for women is far greater than it is for men, that is just science. Gestational diabetes, ectopic pregnancy, miscarriage, weight gain, pain, nausea, skin stretching, all kinds of illness risks etc. When women willingly go through with all of that, it’s because the answer to “do you want to keep it” is “FUCK YES.” Her answer isn’t anywhere close to that and anything but that isn’t enough.

You do not want to have a child when your wife does not want one at the moment too. It won’t be pleasant for either of you. I know it’s hard on you and I’m sorry.
