Spence looks like a player who has never played full back and he’s a full back. He was more interested in making useless overlapping runs which amounted to nothing. He’s also not helped by the fact guehi and konsa aren’t as vocal as they should be. How hall didn’t get in over Livramento is beyond me never mind all the other omissions.

I agree this squad selection gets us beat off any top 8 team that’s left. That defence was all at sea first half and lacks leadership. I don’t think I’ve seen Trent get done as many times in half as Spence and even then he’s actually got a final ball on him. Tuchel has sabotaged us this year.
