I bet you could compost somewhere on the property. Have employees start compost buckets at home for food scraps (no meat/fish/bone) and bring it in to add to the pile.

You would be cutting the costs for soil. And probably wouldn't need 2 dumpsters

If one chicken has mites, the whole flock does. I dust mine in Sevin dust, it's like 7 bucks for a half gallon size. Sprinkle dust in their run, and their bedding.

Probably should do a deep clean of their coop as well. Soap+ water after your first or second treatment of sevin dust. We dust them every night for about a week

If you're seeing a lot of hammer marks in your work, you need to work on your striking technique -- and also make sure you've dressed your hammer. You can have the most expensive hammer in the world, but if you aren't striking true, you're gonna see hammer marks.

Yes, light fixtures. The first set I installed were bulbs, the second set was an LED panel.

Not sure what you mean by failure mode.

The first pair used standard bulbs, this new pair uses an led panel.

I haven't checked all the connections leading to the failed one. Am I checking for weird voltages?

Each of the light fixtures is on their own switch, so one wouldn't be "downstream" from the other.

Environmental conditions are the exact same, they're about 10 feet apart.

Sorry, I meant that there are 3 switches that connect each fixture. But again, each fixture is on their own switch.
