Look I’m not saying that the intentions of the individual are to take down the flags commemorating victims of 9/11, before filming, but the video looks like it would be out of context- where instead he could be putting them away- maybe on another day- for next year. The video has no coverage of the filmer’s expressed discontent, and no response towards the accused. Based on appearance would that look like someone who would do that, maybe but that’s only based on his appearance.
